At Drossel Store, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below.
1. General Return Policy
- Return Period: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition with tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or are marked as final sale.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@drossel.store with your order number, a description of the issue, and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
- Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item. Returns sent without an RA number may not be processed.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or other items that came with the product. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure it reaches us safely.
3. Return Scenarios

Damaged or Defective Items:
- Notify Us: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged or defective item at support@drossel.store.
- Provide Evidence: Include photos of the damage or defect with your email.
- Return Instructions: We will provide a prepaid return label and instructions for sending the item back. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, as per your preference.

Incorrect Items:
- Notify Us: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item at support@drossel.store.
- Provide Details: Include photos of the item received and a description of the error.
- Return Instructions: We will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. After receiving the incorrect item, we will send the correct item at no additional cost or issue a refund if the correct item is not available.

Order Not Received:
- Contact Us: If you have not received your order within the expected delivery time, email us at support@drossel.store with your order number.
- Investigate: We will check the status of your shipment and provide an update. If the order is deemed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation:
- Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, contact us immediately at support@drossel.store. We will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
- After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item according to the return policy. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of the returned item for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where Drossel is at fault (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
5. Exchanges
- Initiate Exchange: To exchange an item, follow the return process and indicate the item you wish to receive in exchange.
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
